Luan Statovci, arrested official at the Ministry of Agriculture charged with misusing 30 thousand euros

Luan Statovci is one of today's arrested police action at the Ministry of Agriculture.

Statovci maintains the position of payment officer at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development ( MBPHER).

This is the second time Statovci ends up in police chains, writes Inseder.

In 2017, Luan Statovci was accused of misusing his official position.

He was charged that without verifying the farmers' documents and the situation on the field, he has allowed direct payment to be executed in the name of subsidies for applicants, by which means he has caused the state budget to lose worth about 30 thousand euros.

Kosovo police today have raided the mushroom factory and property in Podujevo's Batlava.
