3 years in prison for accidental crime, how he killed his son 11 months ago, Skender Krasniqi

A serious murder had occurred in the afternoon of January 27th of this year on the “Muse Perllesh” street in the capital. Skender Krasniqi had killed his son Albert in the garage in the building where they lived

In October of this year, the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor has filed an indictment against Skender Krasniqi.

By the prosecution, they had indicated that Krasniqi is accused of criminal work “murder by default”.

Skender Krasniqi was being held in custody from January 27th, when he was also arrested.

He has been convicted today by the Pristina Constitutional Court for the criminal act “assassination of carelessness”.

The Constitutional Court in Pristina, the General Criminal Department has declared the indictment against accused S.K. for the criminal act of murder by Article 175 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code. The accused S.K. has been convicted and sentenced to prison for three years (3) years and five months, which sentence will be executed in the 15-day term by the indomitableness of this act. The time spent under the measure of detention for the defendant will be counted in the sentence pronounced in prison since 27.01.2021<18x1>, the Court's announcement said. /
