Prescriptioning a man born on spring day is a major crime”, President Hashim Thaci told me in one case. This is a blessed day. ” When he said that, it wasn't my birthday day, March 21, which as a vital event makes my friends and others express congratulations from the warmest but also similar conventional stereotypes. No. Being close to him for two decades, the first day of the beginning of spring had been impressed on his memory even as my birthday. That led me to know that in the “processor” of his mind, dates are also in place, but also well-thought estimates. This formula for me took the value of a pearl. It was the most lyrical assessment if, within the lyrical expression, kindness, humanity, and consideration with higher aesthetic circulation are included. It was a honour for a former political prisoner sentenced at a young age by the District Court in Pristina on July 12, 1982. It was a consideration for all the former political prisoners. His older brother Ganyu was imprisoned in 1981. So, from childhood Hashim Thaci had his respect for this category naturally integrated.

Hashim Thaci's first visit to our home in Kizhareka was for fun. Like any man who has the chance to meet a high national personality, with political and institutional responsibilities, I felt very honored. It was the visit of the prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo. But the most meaningful and powerful meaning for this visit was formed by him himself. I wanted to visit your house because this house and this site was often raided by UDB.” He was aware of the history of our family, which was targeted by Yugoslav power since 1972, when my older brother, Gani Sylaj, had nearly universally given all signs that in this world Kosovo had a great enemy, Yugoslavia.

History has definitely changed. Our home and land now honour the highest national personalities of free Kosovo, founder of our new state.

As head of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci was not one of those who are strict in coming to the office. Not even a non-installation of military discipline “”, let's just say it. As soon as his car entered the PDK headquarters park, everything became serious, from the security boys in the facility, the stairs leading up to the office, passing through those of the Economic Ode. So a serious shadow of seriousness was automatically placed in PDK space.

Arian Bytyci, chief of the prime minister's information office who regularly attended government meetings, had later noted that when Prime Minister Thaci was absent on rare occasions or was not present temporarily, the ministers were more redeemed. As soon as he returned, redemption gathered and the course of the meetings returned to the heavy shadow - the weight and radiation of the leader with almost congenital but cultivated premises along life's trials.

4.

A mild human nature was highlighted in close social circles by Hashim Thaci. Chief members, parliamentary chiefs and friends knew to be loud, argumentative, quick to express thoughts, analyses and evaluations in this atmosphere of debate, when he wanted to intervene, did not give him the chance. It was something contrary to that heavy shadow of space at PDK headquarters or at government meetings. But, of course, the environment was friendly. And to make the atmosphere effectively more spiritual, on one occasion he told fellow workers: Thankfully, I am the chairman, for you never gave me your word. ... Then laughter broke.

5.

As political strategists, Hashim Thaci, as it were, invested energy around him and beyond two Drenica municipalities -- the traditional PDK base. In addition to the dedication in Prizren, the PDK's Jerusalem metforly, its weaknesses belonged to Rahovecin and Malisheva. Whoever took those two municipalities was approaching Drenica. Due to divisions by politicians and Malisheva commanders, in the first post-war municipal elections failed to win PDK. And in the upcoming election, President Thaci managed to unite all leaders of factions in the home of an honourable family in Malisheva. Each “lider” had brought the relevant representative from the centre. Local commanders a centre commander, former influential local political prisoners a former notorious prisoner. That evening the true reconciliation was reached. It was a time when electricity was cut off and an aggression did not go well. When the distribution of people began, one of the actors who accepted the consensus said he was not finding his shoes. Mayor Thaci said in a mood: Anything you can wear. Now you're one. They're laughing... After a few days The PDK won in Malisheva.

In the case of drafting Prime Minister Hashim Thaci's biography for the official website, we had seen the best models of top Euro-Atlantic officials. Paragraphers began with their current function or position, the highest, to be ranked upside down to their original schooling. So the contents of the first paragraph would say: Following the PDK's victory in the November 17th 2007 parliamentary elections, Mr. Hashim Thaci was elected prime minister of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo on January 9th 2008. Meanwhile, the following paragraph said: On February 17th 2008, Prime Minister Hashim Thaci declared Kosovo independent, sovereign and democratic. Long-time biographing remained at the prime minister's desk. We thought about his dissatisfaction with the paragraphs. A while passed without this biography on the prime minister's official page. The time has finally come. Prime Minister Thaci had “written” the text. There was no essential remark. The only warning and delay obstacle had become a letter, a vowel “ ”, a node prior to the verb “fruck:x5>. I thought the importance of correction lit up. The formula with the vowel declared it, as if it delayed the process of Kosovo's proclamation of independent state. In the act of two thousand years it didn't make him late, to be confused by a precipitous threshold of sound. So, the sooner and more short it was to write “to Kosovo independent state...”

On November 5th, they become a year from President Hashim Thaci's detention. From RTK journalist Elmina Osmani came to me on the phone: “We are working on some reports now on the eve of an annual disappearance at The Hague of KLA leaders. It would have been an honor to have had you in a confession to President Thaci. The coverage is about exciting memories, without getting into what the Special Court has to do. Hopefully, you will answer that request. ”

The newspaper Osmane thanks very much for the invitation. This scripture that dances from one motive to another almost answers RTK's request. From a series of TV shows, I've noticed that my face is not enduring the screen. Maybe a matter of age. So much more than one of my peers, Your Honor Professor Enver Hasani said Ishmael is good when he writes, but not when he speaks. I'm not suggesting anything about his looks or his writings, but I will respect Mr. Hasan, 60 years old.

8.

Finally an impression from the visit I made to President Thaci to The Hague, ten days ago he was in extremely good health. Vital. He was handling all possible sporting activities. Exactly Spartans maintain mental hygiene and, like the day they told us <x0 mulquirque” temporarily, means “goods that I found” soon, with health, beauty and its presidential radiation.
