In 30.03.20, Kosovo police had filed criminal charges against Mitrovica's leader, Agim Bahtiri at the State Prosecutor's State Prosecutor, for deadlock, for threatening, for inciting division and incontinence and spread of hatred, because of a journalist on TV Dukaguj, who had said that the new “government does not have from October 6th to election, do not go to a brother's conflict because we don't think of anyone stealing power 11x1>
This statement by political opponents had been described as calling for the Vlach murder, but that Bahtiri had reacted by saying he did not make such a call, but that he has only misinterpreted and drawn the context of his statement.
So the police had launched investigations into what they had filed a criminal complaint with the State Prosecutor, since for this statement the State Chief Prosecutor had also written to former President Thaci, saying his family felt threatened by this statement by Mitrovica chairman.
With this decision the prosecution says it has found that Agim Bahtiri's goal has not been to provoke violence and that his positions have never been extreme, but tolerant, it is said, in the verdict, secured by the north.info, which is written in the Serbian language.
At the time of the criminal outcry to him, Agim Bahtiri had said that this is the plan of political opponents who through judicial decisions were prohibited re-continence to mayor in the fall of 2021.
