Under the decision, the CEC will contact by phone all exiles who have applied to be registered as voters, writes Periscopi.
However, members of Vetevendosje in the CEC also voted the decision, even though Albulen Haxhiu and other officials of this party came out and opposed it.
Executive Director of the Kosovo Institute for Justice (IKD) Ehat Miftaraj, ironising with this party, saying they should be better co-ordinated.
Miftar has said the VV should apologise to the CEC chief following insults to her over the decision.
And VV has voted PER GOD Limit constitutional right with that famous phone call! Ewow, that's what they're voting for, PER. This is where they curse Valdete Daxen. Coordinate a little bit, that with this approach you don't get a 75 percent or 51 percent. That way, apologize to Valdees.
Meanwhile, VV for Periscope has said they have not understood why it was voted by its members in the CEC./Periscopi/
