The American doctor gets fired after he stole the vaccine against Ovidius, gave it to his wife.

A doctor in Texas, U.S.A., has been fired and charged with criminal charges after allegedly stealing a package of the vaccine against Covid that contained nine doses, giving them to friends and family.

Authorities suspect that Dr. Hasan Gokal, who worked in the public health sector in the Harris region, stole doses of the Moderna Company vaccine while working at a vaccine centre in Humble on December 29th.

The case was reportedly discovered after Gokal boasted about this work to a colleague. The associate then reported this case to the overseer, writes the Daily Mail, broadcasts the newspaper Express.

Prosecutors later estimated that the 48-year-old physician had used the package to give the vaccine to nine people, including his wife.

“He abused the position to put in line the people who did not undergo the legal process to be there”, regional prosecutor Kim Ogg said.

What he did was illegal and will therefore be held accountable under law”, the prosecutor added.

According to her, the alleged doctor ignored protocols that require priority for workers on the front line when it comes to vaccinating against the Devi-19 disease.

The doctor's lawyer, Paul Doyle, said his client did nothing wrong, insisting that the package was damaged and the doctor just wanted it not to be wasted.
