The Specialised Chambers have announced that Gucati will appear before the Court on Thursday, October 1 at 15 p.m.
Hysni Gucati was arrested on 25 September in Kosovo by the Specialised Prosecutor's Office under a warrant for arrest and transfer issued by a Kosovo Special Chambers Court.
The suspect has been issued for allegedly arrested for criminal acts against the administration of justice, respectively, for fear of witnesses, revenge and violations of the secret of the procedure, ahead of the Kosovo Criminal Code.
Hysni Gucatt's first appearance will be held at the public hearing.
Today, before the Court at 1500 a.m. before Specials will appear the deputy chairman of O VL-UCK Usim Haradinaj.
