The accused of killing in AKI admits guilt for kidnapping and possession without permission, but not for the murder of Isa Sejdiu

The accused of killing Isa Sejdiu within the Kosovo Intelligence Agency (AKI), Valon Iberdemaj has admitted two of the criminal acts for which he was charged by the Pristina Prosecutor's Office two years ago.

Iberdemaj is charged that in September 2018, the AKI facility had deprived Isa Sejdiu of his life.

Then according to the prosecution, he allegedly kidnapped an AKI employee who had released him after he arrived at his car located in the AKI parking lot.

At the closed public session held at the end of June, Iberdemaj has pleaded guilty to two of the deeds he was charged with.

In the process provided by the newspaper Target, Iberdaj says he is guilty of kidnapping and illegal weapons, but not murder.

The prosecutor of the case, Ilaz Beqiri, has confirmed this by telephone, who said they are in the phase of the case's main review.
