He argues this rejection of the decision by saying hospital health personnel do not have the necessary tools for work, the pre-represented staff from the Mitrovica hospital did not come to Hospital, and there are indoors and outs of the citizens, in a yard there is the Main Centre of Family Medicine, where large numbers of ambulance patients are being promoted.

I am writing to the quality of the Mayor of the Vushtrri municipality and the chairman of the Municipal Staff for management of the situation with Covid-19, to express my concern, municipal staff and the citizens of the Vushtrri municipality regarding the verdict of the Kosovo Hospital Service Committee and University Clinic for the management of the Framework situation, which has decoupled the General Hospital in Vushtrri, as Hospital for handling cases of the-19th Vouschrica and Mitrovica, without counseling Vushtevice in advance.
As the mayor of the municipality, I did not at first oppose this decision, given the epidemiology situation throughout Kosovo and the emergency situation in public health, but below I will list you with some of the reasons why this decision has to be verified, what I have announced today at the ICTKK's chief director general's task, Dr. Valbon Krasniqi.
First of all, from the first day of the State Hospital's announcement of Covis-19, the citizens of Vushtrri are in danger of their health, since they are unable to receive secondary health services at the hospital.
I've accepted many concerns from the citizens of Vushtrria, doctors and hospital nurses that the staff doesn't have the necessary tools for work. The previous staff to arrive from the Mitrovica Hospital for three days has not come as support as was previously seen.
Also, based on the information I have on Hospital access to uncontrolled exits from citizens, there are over 100 visitors a day who pose a great risk of spreading infection to citizens, since the Vushtrri Community is also a high-ranking area of infected people and contact cases.
Physical workers who should have stopped the presence of the parties from doing their job.
Another concern is that in common spaces, there is the Main Centre of Family Medicine in a courtyard, where there is a large number of patients who have accumulated and that the risk has increased after the Hospital has been developed for the treatment of Coved.
Finally, there's a campaign orchestrated against me as the mayor of the municipality, regarding this decision, which was not mine.
Because Mitrovica Hospital has a greater number of more medical profile specialists, with more staff, and also, more patients suspected and confirmed with Covis-19, I ask you that Coved Hospital, be carried to Mitrovica, since hospital spaces are more suitable and no other health services are affected.
Hoping in your reflection and understanding, I stand in hope that you will attract the decision to turn the Vushtrri Hospital into Hospital Covid and thereby help the health of the citizens of Vushtrrre and start carrying suspected patients and confirmed by Covid-19 to Mitrovica Hospital.
