The draft resolutions for the pandemic presented by the two parliamentary groups -- the VV and the PDK -- have not been processed for voting, as there was no quorum.
Parliament Speaker Vjosa Osmani said there are only 40 deputies in the hall, so she invited the two parties that submitted the draft resolutions to harmonise and send one to vote.
“So it would be possible to have at least one Resolution”, Osmani said.
Both parties previously introduced their draft resolutions.
“1. Consider with accelerated procedure the draft law on preventing and fighting COVID-19 on Kosovo territory. 2. For patients, mild symptoms infected, infection suspects and their family members during isolation, state institutions take over protection and compensation of their basic health and social needs 3. To take urgent measures for training, education, protection and support of health personnel, including recruiting additional staff at all levels in relation to IKSHPK, WHO and ACDC recommendations and 4. All institutions take all measures for correct and real-time information on the truth of the current epidemiological situation, the seriousness and consequences of the pandemic”, reportedly the draft presented by VV deputy Fatmire Mulhrama Kolcaku.
Earlier, on behalf of the PDK, MP Bekim Haxhiu introduced the draft.
