Klink has declared that for OVL-KLA, the Special Court has always been political.
The Kosovo Parliament's “Deputets should bear in mind that the Special Court has always been a political court to us, and this has been made known by the establishment of charges this court makes public and which is contrary to the rules of each court. No matter how we take the initiative, it is good for the Parliament's deputies to consider the court case once again.

Klinaku has said that Kosovo Assembly deputies now have the opportunity to change the law for the Special Court.
“Change the law, and try all the crimes that have been committed in Kosovo, because the crimes Serbia has committed are not judging anyone. MPs can be conscious, if they don't want to be conscious, then the story will judge for an evil they have done to Kosovo”, he has stressed.
Klink has said he is being tried by the Kosovo Liberation Army, not individuals.
