He said he was against the Special Court because, according to him, several courts have existed in Kosovo, which have been dealing with war crimes, writes Periscopi.
Lushtaku also said the Special Court has nothing to do with harming only individuals who have been part of the KLA, but this court, according to him, damages Kosovo as a state.
