Apostolova speaks of the majority Serbian Communist Association: Even Pristina and Belgrade to implement Brussels agreements

In the question that the Kosovo side is refusing to implement the Brussels Accords, among which there is the formation of the Serb majority municipalities' Association, Apostolova has indicated that the EU expects Serbia and Kosovo to respect earlier agreements from dialogue and to be implemented in all of what has been agreed on.
“We expect Serbia and Kosovo will respect past agreements from dialogue and fully implement what is agreed. This is the fundamental principle of any agreement in international relations. Belgrade and Pristina are equal at the dialog table”, Apostolova has said of Jedinstvo.
The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo on December 23rd 2015 has ruled in connection with the Serb majority communities' association.
Under the Constitutional Court's decision some parts of the recent agreement on the establishment of the Serb majority municipalities (AKS) signed on August 25th of 2015 are incompatible with the Constitution of Kosovo.
In its ruling, the Constitutional Court explains that the Association of Serb majority municipalities should be established as envisioned in the first agreement signed between Kosovo and Serbia on April 19th 2013.
