EU Office chief in interview Jedinstvo has said the fundamental principle of international relations is respect for agreements.

In the question that the Kosovo side is refusing to implement the Brussels Accords, among which there is the formation of the Serb majority municipalities' Association, Apostolova has indicated that the EU expects Serbia and Kosovo to respect earlier agreements from dialogue and to be implemented in all of what has been agreed on.

In its ruling, the Constitutional Court explains that the Association of Serb majority municipalities should be established as envisioned in the first agreement signed between Kosovo and Serbia on April 19th 2013.
