Measures for prevention, identification and crackdown on lawlessness are intensified at the border points.
Morina Border Police, in collaboration with DVP Kukes and Interpol Tirana, have seized a stolen luxury vehicle in Italy.
The 36-year-old Kosovo resident of Switzerland is arrested inflict.
In the introduction of Morina's Border Crossing Point, under increased measures for preventing and hitting cross-border crime, Border Police services have been passed for detailed control on line two, citizen L. R., which transported a luxury “Lamborghini Gallardo”
Following deepening verifications in co-operation with DVP Kukes and Interpol Tirana proved that the “device Lamborghini Gallardo” had been stolen in Italy on the 2007,2011 and had been declared searching by Interpol Rome.
At the conclusion of the investigative actions, experts at the Department for Investigation of Illegal Traffic and Narcotics at DVP Kukes made the arrest of citizens L. R., 36, resident in Switzerland, for criminal work “Motor Trafficking”.
The materials were passed on for further action to the Prosecutor's Court of First Stairway Kukes.
