These two, and why not, Donald Trump's entire office, have humiliated the White House this time.

The launch of the peace agreement process between Kosovo and Serbia, cut in the streets, is so sudden and surprising that it showed the inability of the world's most famous house at an exclusive political moment.

This house has dominated the world with its behavior, power, information, and attitudes. The last case made it vulnerable, normal, and less informed than all other countries once feared its reputation.

The biggest loser in this event is the American President and the White House itself.

Its guests, who were beginning to meet for the start of a peace process, are only victims of an inner-American conspiracy. With pleasure, the failure of the meeting will experience part of the Europeans and Russians.

They, surprisingly, had information that this meeting would not be held, and this, in a way, made Aleksandar Vuciqi clear after meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Important things will happen. I talked to President Putin, but I don't want to make it public, because it's of particular importance”, he said.

And after just a few hours, the kidnapping happened!

Kidnapping “of guests” for the beginning of the peace process, in the middle of the road, without even knowing the National Security Council, which has all the world information on his desk, is bad news for America and the power it represents.

What has happened is not only conspiracy against the White House, with the aim of minimising the process led by President Trump, but is the humiliation of the image and symbolic White House, which until yesterday has had the reputation of power, the reputation of influence, and not rarely the definition of people's lives around the world.

The only question that can arise is about people and the people of the White House. Why did the kidnapping of White House guests happen? The failure of the meeting as a result of the kidnapping of guests en route has not been made with judicial formulas, but has been organised and completely political. That's also because the DA keeps it safe, maintains it, and pays the administration.

The kidnapping, too, cannot be European, because there has never been European courage to stand up to America and be underminer to it. It's totally in-American action and conspired against the White House.

On the contrary, if there were information, I believe there were in other American institutions, the meeting had to be cancelled for a whole different reason. Even in one sentence: There will be no meeting!

Military and political careers have long made Hashim Thaci the most transmitted and documented man, at least in Kosovo. Even a detailed report of American and German intelligence for Thaci since 2005.

So even the German newspaper Der Spiegel raised a question yesterday, which would have to be asked in the U.S.: If everything was known about Thaci, and what might be claimed he did was in any form criminal form, then why hasn't this stopped anyone until now to sit on the table with him every time the future was questioned, not just Kosovo's, but the entire region?

Why was he called George Washington exactly where the agreement should be signed?

Also, it is a very unfair moment that has happened with the people of Kosovo to represent.

The prosecution acted in a totally brutal moment, and this cannot be intentional. The prosecution showed it is political and has denied that 2 million Albanians will be represented at the start of a peace mission led by the US president himself.

This moment of justice is unprecedented and unproportionate in the rule of law and makes it incredible.

After all, shamelessly at a delicate moment, they changed roles on the public and media scene, as well as on the negotiating table. At this delicate moment, the prosecution issued charges against the prosecution. The KLA, it made the table forget the major Serbian crime and come out for the “crime” next in the face of a “Serbian fragility” to be the norm of the future. Even worse, it now has media representation.

But what are the implications for Kosovo in the future, and is the citizenship project endangered?

Naturally, immediately comes damage to Kosovo's reputation and position in any negotiation process in the future.

With the effective exclusion of the US from leadership in future Dialogue, there will hardly be agreements under the current Trump administration. Dialogue returns to Brussels.

The Act risks changing the gear for war in Kosovo, and paradoxically clothes Serbian leaders with the clothing of peacemakers, greatly strengthening their position in negotiations.

Despite the trumpetes that the Biden Administration will create better circumstances for Kosovo, it is wrong, because some issues that are in memory of actions must be clarified.

Under Obama-Biden Administration, Kosovo has eventually fallen as a priority issue in the US. Instead of creating new political momentum for strengthening Kosovo's citizenship, following the JND decision, the US has allowed the Kosovo issue to shift to Brussels.

The results of a decade of negotiations, led by the EU, are well explained with the situation on the Ibër Bridge, which despite propaganda, investments, visits, remains closed. So, the blockade.

The Obama administration has also pushed ahead with the Special Court's creation process, with unstable political arguments, because it threatened that if it was not done in Kosovo, Russia creates the opportunity to do so at the UN. As it is known, no decision in the UN passes without the consent of permanent members to the Security Council, 3/5 of which are Kosovo's allies (were).

This court currently not only changes narration for the victim-aggressive report in Kosovo, but it breaks down post-festum even the very reason for American intervention in Kosovo. In other words, it unduly harms narration for Kosovo as a success story in American foreign policy.

The latest one, Obama has had very positive approach in reporting with Serbia, as evidenced by the visit of Hillary Clinton and Biden himself to Serbia. Beden was the first vice president to visit Belgrade in many decades.

This brings Kosovo into an unprecedented situation, where the EU intervenes arbitraryly not only in the Green-led process but also in political developments in Kosovo. Because, the alleged indictment actually paves the way for comprehensive reconfiguration of the political scene and creates extraordinary advantages for a certain political party ʹvendosje. This intervention is much larger and more direct than the trumpeting intervention of Yerenelli in the fall of Kurti Government.

Also, with damage to the process, launched at the White House, the EU has opened the way to lead the future process of Dialogue with a wall-backed Kosovo. What is worse, the EU process in principle is destined to fail. It's a process without principles, no negotiating framework and no political leadership.

The “normalisation of reports” is nothing more than an empty marker of EU's own political logic, which even after a decade the failure to negotiate is not clear the futility of its approach. An approach that he used in the Dialog, not to strengthen Kosovo's citizenship, nor to push Serbia to recognise Kosovo, but to pave the way for Serbia's progress in European integration.

Normal is a political term, not a legal term. International law does not recognise such a term. Kosovo's problem is both legal and political, and the solution should be to finally close the status issue through mutual recognition.

Therefore, despite the present-day uncertainty, it is essential that Kosovo resists European pressure to enter another negotiating experiment, which in advance excludes the goal of mutual recognition.

Vuciqi today has been transformed into the autocrat and capture of the largest state in the region, and any negotiation process that does not envision mutual recognition is the process to legitimise European support for Vuciqi and his political life expectancy.
