Wessel hits parties that misuse national themes as reciprocity of power-interest dialogue

Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Kadri Veselini has said that a handful of irresponsible politicians mishandled for years for daily political interests with reciprocity, the demarcation tax, changing attitudes and principles depending on when they were in power or opposition.

He said through a statement on his Facebook page that these parties never thought of the interests of citizens and of the country, and never behaved with maturity towards the United States of America and European friendly countries.

Reciprocity, tax, demarcation, as well as dialogue were consistently misused for daily policy interests by a handful of political parties that differ depending on whether they are in power or in opposition. They never thought of the interests of citizens and of the country, and never acted with maturity towards the United States of America and European friendly countries. Election causes that deceive citizens and disappoint them every day remain the only compass of their political action.

The power struggle has turned both of these governments back after the 6 October elections, misusing civic causes and damaging Kosovo's long-term national interests. The PDK is the only party that will complete the initiated mission of statehood, increase the welfare of citizens, and membership in the EU and NATO.
