The Social Democrat Party, led by Dardan Molyqaj through a communique, has spoken to the Special Court until they declare the same has seriously damaged Kosovo.
From the PSD they say that in dialogue with Serbia, cowards cannot go, because their only act is to flee.
Kosovo is in the phase of completing its international subjectivity. A final agreement with Serbia has long been spoken. The Special Court, wrongly imposed and voted it 5 years ago, has now begun operating. The Special Court has already seriously damaged Kosovo. It has declined and is diverting it in the face of international opinion to the truth of the liberation war of the people of Kosovo. More than that, it is becoming the mechanism of political interference in Kosovo-Serbia dialogue. It is at this moment that an attack has been launched on all leading KLA structures. When no less is expected from the process than the UN seating and thus closing international subjectivity, where it is hit is the authentic foundation of this” project, they say in Moliqaj's party, declaring that this court is against fundamental principles of justice.
It is discriminated against because it is one-ethnic. Being this, its effect cannot be the establishment of justice, but incriminating. This Court shares our judicial system. It also affects the nation's efforts. Of course, any violation of the laws of war must be condemned regardless of which side the victim is on. But we call this position of cynical humanity that treats victims cut off from the conditions and circumstances that produced war. Invasion, corruption and exploitation from Serbia is the cause of war. Therefore, only in light of political equality, the victims will rest peacefully and peoples will live peacefully with each other”, said the communique.
The Special Court was voted in 2015. Whoever has voted it then has seriously damaged Kosovo's interest. But those who as they rub their hands are no less harmful are hiding behind that vote, enjoying the elimination of political rivals today. If we have so much reconciliation on the damage that this Court causes, there is no reason why we should gather our forces to abolish this foreign body. Kosovo itself must establish justice. For all of them and”, it is written in response.
