Pristina lacks 40 health workers

Pristina Community Health Director Bujar Gashi has said he hopes next year there will be increased health budgets.

Among other things, Gashi said that in thirty-four health institutions continue to provide all services to citizens who were ahead of the pandemic, respecting the measures.

This year's “health budget is complete because it was planned last year. But for next year we hope that we will have an increase in the” budget.

According to Gashi, the following weeks will have the application of visits with the term because 20 free numbers have been provided.

He said he lacks staff for close to 40 health workers. He has appealed that in the following months there will be recruits.

We've been working with small numbers of staff for years and in their absence. We've actually got minus 40 health workers in 2020 who haven't been able to get back, but we're doing it, but I hope in the coming months we've been recruiting health workers”.
