Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti's reporting session for dialogue continues tomorrow

The Kosovo Assembly tomorrow will hold the plenary session as the continuation of that of June 23rd, in which the resolution for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue is expected to be voted. That's because there was no quorum to vote yesterday. Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti in his report to Kosovo Parliament deputies concerning Kosovo-Serbia dialogue and the meeting [...]
Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti in his report to Kosovo Assembly deputies concerning the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue and the meeting in Washington said once again that it is the one who will lead the dialogue.
Hoti said that mutual recognition is being entered into the dialogue and to ensure Kosovo's membership in the United Nations Organisation, until he added that the principles for the dialogue process supported the country's Constitution.
“Dialog is led by the country's prime minister, because that's what the country's Constitution Constitutional Court says because it says last year's Constitutional Court act. Now in terms of the principles for the process of dialogue, there are three principles artified in the Constitution, the first that territorial integrity is non-negotiable, the second that the country's constitutional body is non-negotiable and the third that the agreement that can be reached should be in line with the” Constitution.
Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Memli Kransiqi has criticised Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti for not presenting the platform for dialogue first in the legislature.
You have so far offended the House. You didn't even ask to come here tonight and present your platform for dialogue. Presenting your platform elsewhere, before the Kosovo Assembly, is the insult I'm talking about. You may have been able to go to some old age club the same way you went to the Academy of Sciences and Arts, or perhaps you will now seek their support and votes for dialogue, why for any commission for dialogue. It's not the last Calallus sons-in-law, as the people say, and please don't treat the Assembly as such, he said.
Krasniqi asked Hoti to report today on the agenda of the meeting in Washington and the government's positions regarding topics to be discussed.
Until Hoti demanded that the opposition be involved in the question of dialogue, Krasniqi said such a request is hypocrisy by Hoti, who, as he once said, has rejected something like that.
Now when you're in power, just like Albin Kurti some time ago, ask for the support of the opposition's participation in the dialogue, even with some kind of desire fountain, even if your predecessor designed what role we should be in as opposition. But to be honest with me is a kind of hypocrisy, I don't believe you have the moral right to ask for what you refused over a year when you yourself were in the opposition”.
In his reporting to MPs, Hoti reiterated that the agreement with Serbia would become such that it would pass to the Kosovo Assembly, on the contrary, it said, will not be made at all.
There's no deal coming down in this House. You have never seen from me the platform or the document that has to be asked with comments and suggestions, the platform for dialogue is the Constitution of Kosovo, the point is not beyond that”, Hoti said.
At yesterday's session, Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti reported before going to dialogue with Serbia on 27 June in Washington, AAK MP Time Kadriaj said it is the last time since dialogue with Serbia, Kosovo will see any concrete results.
“10 years of dialogue, full of agreements reached, full of invalids. To produce this trend, this dialogue was interrupted. We as deputies seek transparency and will keep the government under surveillance. What we're interested in is agenda, platform”.
The MP criticised opposition political parties, which are rejecting participation in the process, Klan Kosova reports.
MP Saranda Boguyevci on behalf of the Vetevendosje Movement, speaking of the June 27th meeting in Washington, has said that it is not possible with a state that has been aggressor, destructive and disbelieving post-war crimes, to discuss economic development, as Kosovo's existence as a state is an obstacle to Serbia.
She had some more questions about the Washington meeting.
When and how it was decided to meet with Vuciqi on economic development issues as stated, when and where it was decided that these are the priorities of Kosovo in relation to Serbia, who gave them the mandate on these topics... It is not possible with a state that has been aggressive, de-structive after the war and denying of crimes to discuss economic development, as Kosovo's existence as a state is an obstacle to Serbia”, she said, adding that the topic has never been laid out for crimes Serbia has committed in Kosovo.
