On 1 July, complete circulation will be opened at both airports in northern Macedonia, while protocols for their work are currently being compiled, Transport Minister Goran Sugareski confirmed.
The government's decision has been taken and airports will open on 1 July. According to protocols from TAV and the commission for infectious diseases, it will be established precisely in terms of bringing people who want to travel to northern Macedonia and, of course, abroad”, Sugareski said.
He warned that these days together with the Health Minister plans to visit the airport, where TAV and the commission on infectious diseases will explain how to proceed.
Airports were closed on March 16, this year, as a result of COVID-19. They have operated only state, military and humanitarian flights, medical, sanitation and cargo ever since. /Attish
