According to documents he provided to KOHA, exactly two years ago, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has made a decision to start Wessel's investigations.
He and five other people allegedly deceived a citizen living in Norway. The case concerns trading of a residence in Pristina.
Agim Kastrati paid 60 thousand euros for this apartment, but he says it was sold to someone else before him.
Although against Wessel has a ruling on his investigation, he has not been interviewed by the prosecutor of the case.
The lawyer representing the injured in this case, Saranda Kekkolla, has said the investigator has not found Krasniqi, even though he was deputy minister.
Vesel Krasniqi in Government PAN was deputy minister of agriculture. At the time, the prosecutor of the case had authorized the police to interview him in the quality of the suspect.
KOHA has also tried to speak to Minister Krasniqi, but he has not responded to the calls.
During the day, media have reported that Krasniqi was charged in another case for self-trial, but that in the first degree he was released.
The LDK as the largest coalition party has promised that no cabinet member would have criminal records.
