Why is it that the Government of Kosovo has decided that for emergency measures to disseminate the Emergency Pack for stimulating sector employees during the emergency situation, which are mostly exposed to the risk of infecting the COVID-19 virus, Wessel has decided not to accept such aid.
In addition, the KSF's lieutenant colonel has decided that his trust money, which so far has reached an estimated 18,250 to bid the state of Kosovo without any compensation until its retirement.
Arbresh.info has secured the letter of the lieutenant colonel sent to Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Tahiri, and Deputy Finance Minister Agim Krasniqi.
In his letter, Wessel says the motive why he does not accept this compensation is because the state of Kosovo needs to enter loans from abroad to overcome the pandemic-related crisis.
If the state and my government have to take credit from abroad, to get our country through the best of this crisis, I offer my state and my government, the trust money that I have over the years accumulated, to a lot of 18.250 euros, without any compensation, until the time of my retirement. So for 12 years. At that time we have only one, our Kosovo”, writes Wessel, reports Arbres.info.
Otherwise, Finance Minister Hykmete Bajrami said days ago that the government is discussing with the Kosovo Pension Trust that allow for withdrawal of up to 10% of savings in order to get as easily out of the crisis that has caused the pandemic.
“Pandemia caused serious damage. We have to invest up to 2.5 billion from the budget. 70% of businesses will be subsidised. We're also discussing with the Trust to allow for withdrawal of up to 10%cox1>, she said.
Meanwhile, the Pension-Trusti Savings Fund after Minister Bajrami's statement has come up with a clarification concerning the 10 per cent issue of attracting pension savings from contributors.
According to them, there is still no final decision to attract 10 percent of the tools.
“These days we have a huge stream of messages and visits on the 10% issue, which is declared by the Government of Kosovo that it will be allowed to withdraw from the Trust. We inform you that there is still no final decision to withdraw 10%, so there is no possibility that no one yet withdraws vehicles from Trust. We will inform you in time of any change”, said the Trust's announcement.

Sir Prime Minister,
I want to thank our Government and you for the care and measures taken to overcome the crisis personally I don't want any compensation from my country. That's enough pay I get.
If the state and my government, they have to take credit from abroad, to get our country through the best of this crisis, I offer my country and my government, the trust money that I have in my years accumulated, to a lot of 18.250 euros, no compensation, until the time of my retirement. So for 12 years.
We only have one, our Kosovo.
