Directed by Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo has held the third meeting in which it has reviewed and adopted the regulation for the areas of administrative responsibility of the Office of the Prime Minister and Ministers. Directed by Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo has held the third meeting in which it has reviewed and adopted the regulation for the areas of administrative responsibility of the Office of the Prime Minister and Ministers.
This regulation stipulates the areas of administrative responsibility of the Office of the Prime Minister and Ministers in the Government of the Republic of Kosovo. The provisions of this regulation require: The prime minister, deputy prime ministers, ministers, deputy ministers, political advisers, foreign political advisers, cabinet officials and civil servants in the Government of the Republic of Kosovo.
The regulation defines the composition of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo by the prime minister, deputy prime ministers and ministers. It also defines that the government exercises executive power in line and within constitutional and legal competencies.
The new regulation defines the composition of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo by these ministries:
1. Ministry of Finance (MF);
2. The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development (MBPZHR);
3. Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (MKRS);
4. Defence ministry (MM);
5. Ministry of Infrastructure (MI);
6. Ministry of Internal Affairs (MPB)
7. Health Ministry (MSH);
8. Ministry of Justice (MD);
9. Economy and Environment Ministry (MEA);
10. Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspore (MPJD);
11. Ministry of Education and Science (MASH)
Twelve. The Ministry of Labour and Social Management (MPMS);
13. Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI);
14. Local Power Ministry (MPL);
15. The ministry for Kthim and Community (MKK);
16. Regional Development Ministry (MZHR);
At the meeting, the Government has also adopted the decision with which it has confirmed the will of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo for further proceedings for review in the Republic of Kosovo's Parliament of Decisions as follows:
1. Decision No. 06/15, dated 23.03.2020, for approval of the annual Financial Report 2019;
2. Decision No. 02/23, of the date 08.04.2020 for approval of the Financial Sector Strengthening Bill on Ratification Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the International Development Association for the Financial Sector Strengthening Project;
3. Decision No. 05/26, of the date 23.04.2020 for the adoption of the Black Water Development Project on Ratification of the Loan Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development of the Black Water Development Project in Gjilan;
4. Decision No. 06/26, of the date 23.04.2020 for the Ratification of the Convention on Financing the Project for Real estate and Geo-space Infrastructure between the Republic of Kosovo and the International Development Association;
5. Decision No. 07/26, of the date 23.04.2020, for approval of the Bill on Ratification of the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Kosovo on Kosovo's participation in the Union's “Dogana 2020” Programme;
6. Decision No. 08/26, of the 23.04.2020, for approval of the Bill on Ratification of the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Kosovo on Kosovo's participation in the Union's “Fiscalis 2020” Programme;
7. Decision No. 01-27, dated 30.04.2020, for approval of the 2021 cost-time Framework 2023;
8. Decision No. 0327, 30.04.20, for approval of the 2021 2023 State Debt Programme.
The government cabinet has also adopted the decision under which the Government of the Republic of Kosovo decisions are abolished, as follows:
Government decision No. 0114, March 20, 2020;
Government decision No. 0120, of March 31, 2020, for gradual implementation of reciprocity as a principle in relations with Serbia;
Government decision No. 0137, of May 30, 2020, for the change and fulfillment of Government No. 0120, dated 31 March 2020, for gradual implementation of reciprocity as a principle in relations with Serbia.
