The businessman despairs with the country: Government Kurt made many mistakes, and Government Hoti will make

The 100-day government of incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti was only marked by his own seal to fight those who no longer think the same way. What the VV leader had promoted during the election campaign, such as combating crime and corruption, there is only one promise left, of the fact that Kurti ended up ruining himself, in an effort to fight his former coalition partner, the LDK.

So said former Kosovo MP and businessman Ramiz Kelmendi in an interview for Periscope.

But Kelmendi has also demonstrated pessimism for the new government, which is expected to be voted tomorrow, the LDK-AAK-Nisma coalition.

He does not believe in his life span, because as he estimates, they have sufficient numbers to move forward big decisions.

He says a priority of the new government should be abolishing decisions that have troubled relations with the US.

Businessman Kelmendi has also listed several steps which he says are necessary for Kosovo's economic recovery, following the pandemic with Covid 19.

PERISCOP: What are your expectations from the LAN (LDK, AAK, NISMA) coalition? Will the government have life expectancy?

Ramiz Kelmendi: My view of the future government is first:

The new coalition is a coalition with insufficient numbers to bring about changes that are expected of citizens.

The government must abolish all decisions that have damaged relations with the US and the EU.

The government must start continuing negotiations with Serbia on open issues as soon as possible.

The government has many challenges and unifications of the coalition's political spectrum, and management of these challenges determines the life expectancy of the government (even the past government fell just by failing to manage the main coalition partner) professionally.

PERISCOP: What are the mistakes of Kurti Government for 100 days of leadership with the country?

Ramiz Kelmendi: The mistakes of the past government are numerous in number and extended over the entire period, because governance must start without resentment, without political intent to harm all by one, both politically and economically.

If crime and corruption were the country's biggest political-economic damage from past institutions, elections released institutions for management, then it had to be done and worked for the country's benefit to show citizens how it is governed with clean hands and on demand from independent institutions to fulfill its legal obligations.

From here it turns out that the leader's political phobia dominates all those who don't think the same political way, so he realized he needed an absolute power, and it brought about his own destruction, not putting up with his only partner.

In my opinion, when you're in charge of institutions, you have to be convinced that you won't personally come and staff to the top of crime and corruption, and that with this all supporters to observe promoted governance during the campaign, and in particular to older supporters, they were not spared to see new governance. Now how can you be asked to support yourself by protesting to have elections so that you could still be in position?

PERISCOP: Since Kosovo is facing economic problems as a cause of the COVID-19 pandemic, how should it now act to restore the economy?

Ramiz Kelmendi: As for the economy after pandemic, there is much to say. The losses created and what will happen will reach a billionth sum, and they have certain directions.

The state itself has to be very considerable to complete public investments.

The state itself needs to be sanctioned for supporting active employees in banned activities, for employees who were in oral contracting, for rents, and many other things.

- financial institutions must be supported to advance existing loans from citizens and businesses to 31.03.2021, and to cover the level of non-performing loans.

) should support the funding to guarantee loans to new businesses at the 25% level of loans given to financial institutions.

So there's a series of measures that need to be taken that I can't express for the results of these measures without the Government being formed and without seeing which persons have been appointed to these restaurants and normally the governing plan that will be on the exposé of the mandate.
