From tomorrow citizens move from 3 hours a day to two times

From tomorrow (4 May, 2020) will expand the time of release of citizens from 90 minutes a day to three hours and two times (before and after day).

This has been announced by incumbent Health Minister Arben Vitita at a news conference four days ago.

“in co-ordination with local and international actors, we've decided that opening the economy and lifting the restrictions in three stages: The first phase will begin from 4 May and will continue until 13 May. It will expand the hours of the movement to 3 hours at two hours before and after day”

“opens these parts of the economy: Buildery and real estate, automotive trade, repair of personal items, offices of conspiracy. Hours will be published shortly after this” conference.

The second “Faza, from May 18th to June 1st, will free the measures, but this will depend on IKSHPK's recommendations. We must keep in mind that the transition from stage one to the second or vice versa depends on all of us at”.

If we don't have an increase in cases, then of course we'll move on. But if the situation gets worse, we're going back”, Vitia said at the Thursday conference.
