From tomorrow (4 May, 2020) will expand the time of release of citizens from 90 minutes a day to three hours and two times (before and after day).
This has been announced by incumbent Health Minister Arben Vitita at a news conference four days ago.
“in co-ordination with local and international actors, we've decided that opening the economy and lifting the restrictions in three stages: The first phase will begin from 4 May and will continue until 13 May. It will expand the hours of the movement to 3 hours at two hours before and after day”
