Rama shows when Kosovo-Albania border opens

Rama has added that within May it will be working on opening borders.

We'll be out of decision-making in a few days. It'll keep getting easier. Within a month, we want land boundaries to be opened. I hope this is possible. Anyone who comes is quarantined at home. Schengen is closed until 15 June. Flights are limited”. Rama said.
