Parents' murder suspect in Prizren not extradited to Kosovo, tried in Sweden

The 35-year-old managed to save you from law enforcement in Kosovo, fleeing to Sweden.
But despite leaving Kosovo Adriatic Hadri, arrest failed to save them. He has been apprehended by Swedish authorities, while this state will not extradite him to Kosovo, regardless of where the crime was allegedly committed.
The task minister Albulen Haxhiu confirms this.
That the prosecution of the parents' murder suspects has taken over Swedes confirms even at the Founding Prosecutor in Prizren.
And incumbent Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu says Kosovo will offer any assistance Swedish authorities ask for, to clarify this case.
Meanwhile, Kosovo's tracking bodies are making it difficult for them to be members of international organisations.
Justice Palushi, says extradition issues are regulated by bilateral agreements between states.
On the other hand, Albulen Haxhiu says they are actively working on new agreements with EU states for extradition.
Kosovo so far has agreements on extradition with Germany, Italy, the US, Hungary, Albania and Macedonia.
