Northern Macedonia plans to open borders tomorrow

Although earlier it had been announced that opening borders could be expected after June 15th, it is not officially reportedly that this date could be moved for early next month.

Armend Arslani, deputy minister of health, said the decision to open borders would be made by the Commission for Infectious Diseases.

The Commission's initial opinion was to open borders on June 15th, but given that our neighbouring countries have already made a decision to open borders, it is possible to have faster openings of them”, he said.

Albania also decided on 1 June to allow the entry of citizens of northern Macedonia, Kosovo and Montenegro.

In Greece, it could be traveled from June 15th, without test of the coronary, but provided there are only two passengers in the cars. Kosovo and Montenegro still do not have concrete decisions.

Serbia has already adopted the protocol and opened borders for foreign citizens. All those who want to travel to this country will have to have the negative test of the Coronavirus, no older than 72 hours, and evidence released by the commission made up of several ministries.
