The head of the Social Democrat Initiative, the branch in Rahovec, has made a decision to be dismissed from the post of undersea chairman in Ratkoc and from all other political responsibilities, Haxhi Hoti.
The former candidate of the Social Democrat Initiative, weeks ago, has shocked public opinion with the statement issued for calling for the murder of LVV leader Albin Kurti.
He also had gravely offended exiles days ago.
Through an earlier Facebook post, Hoti wrote that Kurti “has two solutions, either leave Kosovo, or be killed”.
And for that, Hoti according to Article 181 is classified as a criminal offense “characterisation”, which threatens to deprive the person of life because of verbal canons.
Even with the Criminal Code of RKS from Article 181 this act is punishable by 1 year in prison.
