Actuals against 33 people for bribery, smuggling and unauthorized possession of weapons

The defendants Z.S., B.N., M.M., A.M. and A.H., from 2017 to May 2019, in co-ordination with defendant D.V., who is on the run, in the quality of official persons, using office or official authority, have deliberately failed to carry out the assigned tasks in order to benefit any benefit for themselves or the other person.

The defendants have misused the official task and authorisations by allowing and enabling the smuggling of various goods as animals, derivatives, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and food goods from Serbia to Kosovo and vice versa, through illegal routes, as long as they have been on official duty, so that they have enabled them to make an illegal profit against illegal benefits to defendants D.I., B.R., D.D., M.R., M.R., Mr.V. and other people as goods carriers by avoiding customs controls and customs fees, which have caused considerable damage to Kosovo's budget.

The defendants have also received money from defendants D.I., B.R., D.D., M.R., M.R., Mr.V. and other people as cargo carriers, for passing vehicles with goods, avoiding customs and customs duties.

Defendants O.K., R.M., D.S., D.K., J.D., Mr.B., B.M. and A.P. From 2017 to May 2019, in the quality of official persons, they have deliberately failed to carry out their assigned duties and have failed to fulfill their official duties in order to benefit from or from any benefit to themselves or to the other person, in the manner that the defendant O.K. in the quality of the shift leader, and the R.M. defendants, D.S., D.K., J.D., Mr.B., B.M., A.P., in the quality of patrol officers within the subsisting”C>, SPPC in Zubin Potok, have misused their official duty and authorisation by allowing the smuggling of various goods as animals, derivatives, alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholics and food items from Serbia to Kosovo, and vice versa, thus enabling the defendants to gain access to D.D., DR.R., D.R., T.E.E., E.E.E., E.E., E.E.E., E.E., E.E. From 2017 until May 2019, defendants have consistently accepted money from defendants D.I., B.R., D.D., M.R., M.R., Mr.V. and other persons as cargo carriers for passing vehicles with goods, avoiding customs and customs duties.

Defendants Mr.R., K.S., R.C., V.T., B.T., L.V., B.M. and B.L. From 2017 to May 2019, in the quality of official persons, they have failed to fulfill their official duties in order to benefit whatever benefits for themselves or the other person in the way that the defendant Mr.R., in the quality of the changing leader, and the defendants K.S., R.K., V.T., B.T., L.V., B.L., in the quality of patrol officers in the subset of the K.C., the SP.C., the V.C., the B.T.T., the B.T., L.V., B., B.L., in the quality of patrol officers in the changing sub-prisons, the MR.E.E., the MR.E., the DR.E.E.E., the DR., the DR.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E., R.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.EC.E.E.EC., and others as cargo carriers.

The defendant N.G., from 2017 to May 2019, in the quality of the change leader, in the framework of the exchange of”D”, of the SPPC station in Zubin Potok, has misused his official duty and authorisations by allowing and enabling the smuggling of animals, derivatives, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food goods from Serbia to Kosovo and vice versa, thus enabling the illegal benefit of the defendants D.I.I., B.R.R., D.R., M.R.R., M.R., M.R.R.R., M. and other people as cargo carriers, avoiding customs and customs controls in case of importing goods.

From 2017 to May 2019, the defendant in the quality of the official person with the intention of illegal property gains has received money from defendants D.I., B.R., D.D., M.R., M. R., Mr.V. and other persons as cargo transporters, for passing vehicles with goods, avoiding customs and customs duties in case of importing goods.

Defenders I.J., A.I., F.I., B.U., N.J., J., M.J., N.B., B.M., J.M. and S.I., from 2017 to May 2019, in continuation and in association with defendants D.I. and B.R. On the run, with the aim of illegal material profiting, they have smuggled animals from Serbia to Kosovo, avoiding customs and customs controls in the case of importing goods, in the manner that defendants M.J., N.B., B.M., J.M., S.I., have travelled to Serbia, where they have bought the animals and then handed them over to indictees D.I.I. and B.R., who smuggled them through illegal routes by now cooperating with the defendants in the quality of the officials in the Kosovo Police in SPM-Zok.

Later, defendants I.J., A.I., F.I., B.U., N.J., J. J, they take the animals from defendants' stables D.I., B.R. and hand them over to their owners in Pasoma and Akrashtica of Vushtrica, and Sankovc of Drenas.

In 28.05.2019, in Kostovo in Mitrovica, in case of a warrant from Kosovo Police, a firearm was found and confiscated by the defendant AK-47 with a serial number of A-33013, an M-48 rifle with a serial number of 61075, 12 rounds of automatic rifles, 30 rounds of M-48 rifle, a continuous piece of automatic rifle, which he possessed on a critical day without authorization and proper permission and contrary to the applicable law regarding weapons.

Also, in 28.05.2019, in Kostovo in Mitrovica, with the case of a warrant from the Kosovo Police, a hunting rifle “Zasawa” with a serial number of 19247 and two rounds of 12m calibre have been found and confiscated on a critical day without authorization and proper permission and contrary to the applicable law regarding weapons.
