Disgraceful that the Pristina government and Tirana have no form of co-operation in the fight against corruption.

It has been more than a month since the pandemic has touched Albanian lands and it is shameful that there has been even a single co-operation initiative between the incumbent government of Kurti and Rama's government.

This fact is especially incredible when you see that Vetevendosje, the party which has been built and strengthened by falling down on the couples of the national union reviled others as traitor or inferior to the West, has made no attempts to strengthen co-operation with Albania during the time we appear to face the common enemy.

The same is true of the Rama government that beyond the heated patriotic rhetoric of recent years has made no effort to find areas of co-operation in this difficult period.

Among other things, the two prime ministers of Albanian states seem to have an ego so sick and uneasiness towards each other so great they can step on national interest and nationwide solidarity that would have to flourish now.

In this period of pandemic, it can even be said that more Americans, Western Europeans and Turks have thought about the Albanian nation, offering emergency aid than Albanians to each other.

The last time something has happened between the two states has been the government's decision Kurti to grant grant 200 thousand euros to Albania at the Donors' Conference for the Earthquake, while Serbia donated 2m euros.

Currently, Kosovo's border is closed with Albania, but opened in the north with Serbia.

The parallel structures and medical staff commanded by Belgrade, which have entered and are operating with the permission of the government Kurti, freely move in and out with Serbia.

Patients who are Kosovo citizens with Serb affiliations are regularly going to be treated in Nis or Belgrade.

Vuciqi even spoke of having Albanian Kosovo patients being treated in Serbia's hospitals.

On the other hand, Albania has sent a health team to Italy (which deserves applause), but has not taken any action against Kosovo.

Far less no kind of aid has been undertaken by Tirana or Pristina for Albanians who are minorities discriminated against in the Presevo Valley or those living in different regions within Montenegro.

The possibilities of cooperation, even under the conditions of this common challenge, are many. If the two governments enter and discuss for sure, they will find space and opportunity for intervention to compensate for each other where they have equal advantages.

Suppose Albania, for example, has a highly developed textile industry within the fasons, which could be ordered to change its destination in order to produce massive masks and gloves for both states.

Other way. Kosovo has shown that there are highly efficient KSF units with experience and expertise in civilian emergencies that can help quarantine measures in Albania as well.

Also under the conditions of this emergency, the two states can engage in partnership with pharmaceutical companies such as Profarma, Trapharm, to plan to seek special production of medicine and consumer products required mostly in this period.

One of the main recommendations from O The U.S. to fight coronary is to test as massive and frequent as possible.

The two Albanian states rank at the bottom of the region and Europe in terms of the number of tests being conducted per capita, and they need Envoys to add.

Today, it is difficult to buy fast advanced tests on world markets, but if demand comes in the largest settled between the two states, then it will be easier to secure import.

It should also be noted that lost states have already begun producing tests to identify COVID-19 so as not to create an import addiction.

Therefore it could be beneficial for Kosovo and Albania to join capital, human and infrastructure resources to build a joint laboratory to produce tests. It may also be thought of any common cross-border field hospital between Kukes and Prizren.

The same is true of respirators, who are considered crucial to the survival of patients who have weak immunity or other health problems.

The two Albanian states have a small number of respiratories compared to other countries, and they may be able to invest in making their own production to meet the immigrant needs.

Concretically, a company called Formon is successfully producing a respiration prototype called VentCore using 3D printers.

It would not be a bad idea for the current conditions of the two states to be included as co-investors in the series of production of this device if it is tested successfully.

Therefore, the least that should happen in this period without wasting time is building communication bridges and concrete talks between incumbent Health Minister Vitita and Minister Manastirliu.

A joint emergency team with experts can be built to find opportunities to help each other with mutual opportunities and needs.

It is also certain that both countries will suffer serious economic damage, so economic recovery should also be considered together.

Moreover, both governments would have to take seriously their responsibility before the nation, and co-finance assistance to the remaining Albanians outside these two states.
