The institutions are obliged to make new decisions on restricting freedom of movement on the basis of the Constitutional Court's interpretation earlier next week.
The Constitution has considered the Government's decision to restrict the movement, which, against this interpretation, would be implemented as such by April 13th.
To legitimise the restriction of movement, the Ministry of Health, the coming days are expected to make decisions separately for municipalities, as the Law envisions the prevention and fighting of infectious diseases.
This deadline allows the Kosovo Assembly to change through the amendment and complete the Law on infectious diseases.
That decisions will be made separately for each municipality, Health Minister Arben Vitita has confirmed.
