This initiative has been initiated as a result of demands stemming from the Constitutional Court's KO 54/20 Act, dated April 6, 2020, which specifys the role of the Assembly in taking appropriate measures to ensure that the necessary restrictions on fundamental rights and freedoms in order to maintain public health are made in accordance with the Constitution.
In this case, the Parliament Speaker thanked the professor and former Constitutional Court Chairman Enver Hasani for his pro-bond commitment in drafting the first draft of this bill.
The bill will be dealt with according to pre-procedure procedures with the Kuven daily Labour Rule, the communique said.
