With the letter special EU envoy Miroslav Lajcak has sent to the prime minister's resignation, Albin Kurti, Kosovo's negotiating position has decreased to half-summer.

It says: Artan Behrami

Lajcak from the position of a lobbyist against Kosovo independence, on paper tries to do a favour to the prime minister and Kosovo, applying a position of an easy Kosovo unbeliever. For Lajcak, Kurti is only prime minister of a Kosovo without the Republic, until Kosovo's capital is viewed not as Pristina, but as Pristina. Naturally for Lajcak, it is not about dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, but Belgrade-Pristina.

From this correspondence you can easily draw up the conclusion of this process, which has its starting point in Resolution 1244 rather than in Kosovo's declaration of independence. With this start, with Lajcak mediating, Kosovo's all it can get is a long, laborious process, a lot of drama, with the only result of ʹSttus Quon. To translate in terms of quarantine a series into Netflix by 7 seasons. Lajcak's letter is a testimony to the long road that awaits Kosovo to get out of isolation, from ghettoisation and the lack of social furniture.

This letter is evidence that the EU has no plan for the final solution between Kosovo and Serbia. The EU, consisting of 28 member states, has left the five non-recognition states in the hands of Kosovo, overturning the majority principle. They are simply interested in finding partners in Kosovo, which provide and fortify the shock or Status Quon. Exactly the opposite goal is aimed at by US President Donald Trump's letter. In his letter to President Thaci, President Trump dialogue calls a process between Kosovo and Serbia as two independent states until Kosovo reconfirms the Republic! He even goes farther. He becomes the first president in the world to ask Serbia formally to recognise Kosovo's independence. By conditioning Serbia on recognition of Kosovo, Trump thus follows the path of Presidents Bush.

In this letter, the US president writes that the US intends to reach an agreement that will ensure recognition between Kosovo and Serbia. It wants to break the Status Quon in the Western Balkans by offering a perspective of the two states, which are now in conflict for decades. But, the prime minister in resignation, Albin Kurti, has also officially replaced US President Donald Trump with Josep Borrell and Ambassador Richard Green with Miroslav Lajcak. America changed it to Spain and Slovakia. With this move, Kurti removed Kosovo from the Republic and replaced Pristina with Pristina, until the Kosovo dialogue ʹ Serbia replaced it with Belgrade-Pristina. D

You were positioned with Lajcak, Kurti rejected America for reaching a final agreement providing recognition by Serbia, NATO membership and the UN. Kurti has decided on a dialogue without results, in a long process, when confronting Vuciqi will be much less rare than with Kosovo's internal enemies. So it has decided of an unconditional process, where Serbia does not need to return the found, nor to impose that apology, nor to return the pension fund. It has decided about a process where America is disfellowshipped, but where there are five states that do not recognise and fight Kosovo's independence every day. In this process, however, Lajcak will have the most difficult job. He must first convince himself to recognise Kosovo, after his state of Slovakia, then Borrell and his country Spain along with the other three EU states.

When he ends it, he must convince Vucinqi and Serbia as well. In all this tragedy, however, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. The prime minister in the resignation has no legitimacy to go into dialogue, because it has been dismissed from the Kosovo Assembly's 2/3rd. The institutional leaders should take this mandate after the new prime minister is elected. Just like that, Kosovo's negotiating position will rise from half-point!
