1. The death of autonomy and the concentrated poison

After a series of powerful demonstrations, both March 25 and 26, as well as April 1, 1981, on April 2nd in Kosovo the state of emergency was declared. By April 3rd, 8 Pristina barracks tanks circulated along the capital's heart ways. On the radio, with a voice of half illiterates, Xhavit Nimani himself spoke of declaring the state of emergency, where the Yugoslav Army and police of all levels had taken over.

April 3, 1981, in my mind, comes the worst days of my life as a second - year student, a year in which I lived at dormitory number four. On the way to the bus station on the road and crossroads, there were confused and silent citizens. The presence of police officers from all parts of Yugoslavia and tanks in circulation weighed the city and, according to me, the pressure of every heart and mind of the Albanian majority.

The bus lines had been disturbed to return home. On the way, from inside Kosovo's local bus full of travelers, police and soldiers were seen at the key points. An unbroken tension was read on the bus, as there were Serbian travelers who manifested emotional reactions when they saw soldiers and policemen at the resorts. The police helmets and the military uniforms of those years remain the most hateful and classic image of Serbian and Yugoslav rule.

Why is that?

We're first in April. Just as nothing is being properly marked, nothing was marked on the occasion of the 39th anniversary of the 1981 Spring events.

Second, the former “state of emergency” is current and present since Kosovo had to react to protection from pandemic “Cavid-19”.

Third, to make the difference between the different times of “extraordinary situations” between 1981 and 2020. They are radically different and unmatched approaches. The 1981 situation was with Belgrade actor. The “situation” 2020 is with Pristina actor released here and 21 years ago by Belgrade.

Fourth, is there anything that moves you to find a parallel between 1981 and 2020?

I will try to be clear and unconstructive of times for the sake of the presence of a problematic element in the very phenomenon. April 2, 1981, is a symbolic day because the period of “sitting” of the liberal autonomy spirit from 1970, after 11 years, ends. If we personify this period by the name of the autonomy leader, with Mahmut Bakalli, then we can say that with his fall, Kosovo's autonomy dies, “vdesin” its characters.

Any of the other Albanian political actors within the Yugoslav system, self-government that engaged in other Yugoslavia's meat and soul, which were ultimately determined by their own will to make a career, all can be, but never positive characters and actors that contributed to Kosovo's good.

This world of characters which has been part of the Yugoslav system, which has waged political and ideological war against “Albanian identity <xx1>, which the 1981 demonstrations consider arranged by services to destroy Kosovo's autonomy, which has benefited in all areas of life from that system, which has not believed in Kosovo's liberation, today comes renewed from their pings, which have so well found themselves in the anarchist and revolutionary political philosophy of the Vetevendosje Movement.

How else can the unbounded potential of hatred be explained that demonstrate these pijoys to the political class, which with much effort and sacrifice, lies on the basis of Kosovo's freedom and citizenship. You have to be very blind and poisoned to have so much conditioning and energy to make this war against the founders of the Kosovo Liberation Army, against what you want or not, are the foundations and fathers of the state of Kosovo. This energy and dose of poison has a school explanation. It is said that the animal who eats contaminated food receives the first - degree venom. The animal, or man, who eats the flesh of the animal that has eaten poisoned food, receives the poison twice as heavy.

2. Financial Bleeding and Milky vessels

The expression “financial bleeding” for several days circulated alone as a metaphor for the murder of finance. As beautifully stated in the metaphor, when this expression comes out of the mouth of the highest official of the state, it begins to alter its flavor and become a metaphor for its ancient and cynical ear in the response to “social diversity”. “Today's Eagle Language Dictionary of Baras estimates murder: the “murders of many people in a clash or war, murder” that I first saw today. In the films that are translated, I have always been hampered by the form of verb “but bleeds” for blood flow from the injury “But horror begins when the word <x12-blood” appears or tries to be extracted from the phraseological context of metaphor in real life.
A mobile, traveling municipality head, now stationed, confined to the political home of “self-determination”, stripped naked and without ambition of the word of bloodshed. He even enriched her. Word “suicide” added the name “to brother” and spoke of brother-in-lawing, unless you go to extraordinary elections after the prime minister's dismissal, which belongs to his party. Beyond any inflammatory sense, the touch, provocative, irritating, this word marks the highest degree of pollution of Kosovo's political lexic. The semantic and the fact that blood spills and the brother's murder is not armoured. War on language is raised.

All metaphoric expressions take a different meaning, depending on who refers to them and from what position. The more they are referred to as the first man in the state. In the 6 October 2019 elections, Vetevendosje came first in the election. Kosovo's constitution gives the right to the winning party to establish the government. In moral defense, I've succeeded in all my posts in FBF during the VLAN era, (2013). It is not good to install the culture of forming government by losers. Period.

Following the 6 October 2019 election result, finally on 3 February 2020, the new government was formed by Vetevendosje and LDK. Everything's correct. The winner did not break the romance, nor was political algebra implemented, but legitimacy. The Vetevendosje movement was filled with momentum and arrogance during “co-existence” with AAK and NISMA, which were given, told by metaphor, military arm. This momentum along with populism became almost unbearable critical measures on the political scene. Let them remember the tear gas scenes in parliament. Months of sessions in the Parliament were blocked. With every action the Vetevendosje Movement expressed willingness, will and determination to prevent normal functioning of office.

By all actions, the Vetevendosje Movement gave the message and the appearance of that crowd, which when you try to get someone into the house, day and night, stays on the fence until they break it down and invade the yard with all the houses.

The Vetevendosje movement over the years has accumulated so much negative energy against power that for a moment it would leave any government that emerged after 6 October. She is the political party most eagerly and feverish about power. For 40 days government showed all the symptoms of a revolutionary party that in one European state, established by the United States, will rule with iron hands. Cut off his head when he wants the ally party minister, who cuts the head off of his first deputy from the coalition party, who downloads boards before the legal deadline ends, etc.

Due to the iron hand, Prime Minister Kurti was dismissed from his position by 85 votes against him. With this number of votes, he received the biggest political blow, which was followed even by the second wave, violation of the Constitution. It's interesting in a psychological way: the prime minister and his fanatics become as if nothing happened. Not one of them touched the skin or left in the nervous system. They and they are right. They well test the statement that “the greatest justice is the great injustice”, believing in the truth and their absolute right, regardless of the circumstances and living conditions of any absolute justice that contradict and depreciate and disclose its limitations.

The number of votes enough to change Kosovo's Constitution makes it not “duty”, but completely dismissing Prime Minister Kurti. Therefore, both morally and constitutionally make me change my mind and grant political algebra rights: the government can establish others, parties with more than 61 MPs.

When it comes down to a prime minister's game of resignation, whether he is in charge, whether he is on the run, fired, I am given a beautiful Albanian expression for pets that the baby has died of. A cow, sheep, or goat is called ENJAH, for even when the young is lost, they give milk. The prime minister, and in some ways even in resignations, while dismissed, have Kosovo's budget available.

Between budget, blood and milk, easy for milk.
