After the drama, created today because of several clashes between government officials and VVUggé leader Behgjet Pacolli, the newspaper Express reports that ARKA deputy has flown on his plane from Lugano's airport.
Pacolli has already passed Switzerland, but it is still unknown where he will land.
He has permission to sit down by the Ministry of Infrastructure in Kosovo, but the Ministry of Health has announced that he must submit to the same rules as all other citizens.
Under these rules, anyone entering Kosovo should be isolated in Pristina dormitories for two weeks.
