While he has also mentioned a statement April 5th, where according to him, Pacolli has demanded that citizens respect the public health safety regulations, Perscope follows.
Since Pacolli demanded that he return to Kosovo yesterday and not enter quarantine, Hoxha calls Pacolli a fraud and asks that “What kind of democracy is a place where such a deceitful person can assume high public functions?”
Actually, Mr. Pacolli in the 6 October elections has managed to become part of Kosovo's VII Assembly Legislatra.

The former foreign minister declares on 5 April that safety regulations for public health should be respected. But three weeks later they broke the rule because they promised the foreign minister's post. What kind of democracy is a place where such a deceitful person can take on high public functions?
