“want to return to Albania!” Those are the words he said to the police on Friday morning after being stopped by a street police patrol while he was quietly pedaling on his bicycle along the A27 highway.

The cyclist was in danger of ending up in the middle of vehicles on the highway, but police intervention prevented him.
