“want to return to Albania!” Those are the words he said to the police on Friday morning after being stopped by a street police patrol while he was quietly pedaling on his bicycle along the A27 highway.
The cyclist was in danger of ending up in the middle of vehicles on the highway, but police intervention prevented him. The protagonist of this event is a 33-year-old Albanian resident in Marcha, who had been sent to the CãoFoncello Hospital in serious anxiety because of his stay in the isolation of the Coronavirus.
As soon as the police stopped him, he still had the hospital bracelet with the name and date of the hospital.
The Albanian had cycled, without gloves and mask traveling towards Traviso Highway and headed for Venice, following him on his way to the homeland.
But some vehicle executives confronted her and called the police, who, in turn, announced the ambulance, where she was sent back to the hospital.
The 33-year-old was in a psychologically heavy state, but despite that he was fined 42 euros for irregular access to the highway, as bicycles are not allowed.
He was also fined 533 euros for violating the government's decree to curb the spread of the Coronobrus. During police interrogation, the young man said he felt compelled and wanted to return at any cost to his native Albania
