President Thaci's political adviser, Adil Behrmamaj, has turned to Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiun, who was misquoted last night by the provision of the abolished Penal Code and not the proper Article of the Penal Code in force.

But, what is seen in links posted by Thaci's adviser, this penal code referred to by ministers Haxhiu is now abolished.
The new Penal Code also regulates the same issue, but in Article 250.
