Sources suggest that he's passed away this morning at the Infective Hospital, Ndue Marina.
The 48-year-old Puka was co-owner of the Hotel “Roland” at the Ring in Tirana and served as director of state offices for the northern area.
He was the father of four.
The Navy had been on the spot for 10 days and was being treated with breathing.
