Former Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj at the media conference today has proposed that a Conference on Kosovo be held in Pristina, attended by leaders of political parties and representatives of the US and EU.
This proposal comes, as he has said, following the numerous divisions of Kosovo's political tax, approach that is damaging Kosovo in relation to Serbia.
First Deputy Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has reacted to him through a post where he said Kosovo has legitimate institutions emerged from the democratic elections on 6 October, which carry constitutional responsibilities, including dialogue with the neighbouring Serbia. There is no need for a conference on this purpose, internal or external.

Kosovo has legitimate institutions stemming from the 6 October democratic elections, which carry constitutional responsibilities, including dialogue with the neighbouring Serbia. There is no need for a conference on this purpose, internal or external.
All it takes is the exercise of constitutional responsibilities by each. The prime minister has to take over the dialogue as defined by the Constitutional Court Act. The president must remain within his constitutional powers.
The Assembly needs to look for transparency in this process and overscheduling the process by inviting the prime minister to proper reporting, but also by making resolutions if you see it necessary to express its attitude to make the dialogue more clear.
