Coronavirus, new measures come for businesses in Kosovo

This minister has published the ordinance with a list of restricting business activities.

1. U n THROUGHING ALL OPERATORS ECONOMIC:

1.1. apply the decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo No. March 13, 2020, and No. 1/11 of March 15th 2020, in terms of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo measures against the COVID-19 pandemic and the related public health emergency;

1.2. to act in accordance with this ordinance, with orders no. No. No. March 17, 2020, 01/03, complete and changed with the order no. March 20, 2020; and

1.3. With decisions and other orders the Government and Ministry can issue regarding the public health emergency.

2. Any economic operator allowed to act according to this ordinance should take these hygienic and preventive measures:

2.1. regularly disinfect and air the bar and the workspace;

2.2. equip workers with personal safety, according to the Health Ministry's instructions (MSH) and the National Institute for Public Sancidety (IKSHP);

2.3. to take social distance measures and to avoid contact, even for publicizens and clients, according to recommendations from the Ministry of Health (MSH) and the National Institute for Public Health (IKSHP),

2.4. to use as many electronic channels as possible to exercise vp·rim·taʹrine, including the sale of goods and services, as well as payments,[1] and

2.5. take other measures necessary to implement government decisions regarding health emergency.

3. It shuts down shopping malls (functioning in open and closed environments, including food shortages[2]), for drugs (medical and agricultural plants) and food stores at these shopping dogs.
4. The retail trade of textiles and similar products, hekraries, and metal and similar items is closed, as well as libraries. Salesmen of these large brands must be demobilized.
5. Shut down wig services, aesthetic treatments, gyms, similar to the “code list NCE”[3] (as recorded in ARBK), attached to this ordinance.
6. Closes other trade/service activities as in the “code list NCE” (as recorded in ARBK), attached to this ordinance.
7. It shuts down gastronomic activities: bars, pubs, coffees, cooks, kebabs, restaurants, and other food and drink services for the services of visiting customers. These operators undergo the following conditions:

7.1. They have to demobilize the caribou tables used to serve inside their locals and close the doors for visiting customers.

7.2. They are not allowed to take over (take-away) [4].

7.3. But they are allowed to distribute products by custom.

7.4. No one is allowed to stay within their premises except for a few others. Environments, personnel, and transport vehicles engaged in distributing orders to customers should be treated with hygiene rego·roʹze measures, according to point 2. During preparation and delivery of products, social distance and contact avoidment measures should be rigorously respected.

Sales, grocery markets, bread ovens, medicine and farmers, gas stations, autolars, municipal and financial services, and other workers allowed to work, according to code list “NCE” (as recorded in ARBK), subject to the following conditions:

8.1. They need to shut down the angles and the drinks and food services with them. Cars themselves are also removed, but the distribution of custom products is permitted.

8.2. In autowashing fuels, food market and two lubricants and accessors are allowed to work, but the gastronomic (food and drink) activity is closed within them and the service is taken with it (Take-Aay). Self - serving machines are also removed. But it is permitted to distribute property/order service.

9. No food and drink service within the workers ' mints. Jobs, I need to provide the distribution of suitable foods to concentrate in the country's workshop.
10. All gastronomy operations in hotels are prohibited. Mysafi can be served with food suitable for room consumption. The hotel needs to make sure that there are precise mysafire directions, including the country from which they came. The hotel needs to take action in line with instructions from the Ministry of St.
11. Special operators involved in municipal, financial, electronic, and postal services can provide moderately organized services and staff, according to measures in force for public health emergency (cite at point 1).
12. No distribution of printed promotional materials, such as sheets, coupons, catalogs, and others.
13. There is no sale of ambulances/mobile food and drink and the deployment of the various economic operators' self-served (Machine) environments and public sites.
14. Producers, processors, builders [6] and other commercial and servant activities (not mentioned in this ordinance) can exercise their activities according to the NAC list, taking the mags from points 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.5.
15. Economic activities will undergo time and extension restrictions such as following the government's future decisions with additional measures regarding public health issues.
16. Market inspectors and job inspectors throughout the Republic of Ko '%sova are forced to consider priority cases related to the reduction of the proposed visits and ordinances at point 1.
17. Complete and Change Order No. March 20, 2020, 0104.
18. This ordinance goes into effect on signing day.
