Civil Service Union calls for suspension of work in administrative institutions

The Kosovo Civil Service Union calls for the Government to suspend work in administrative institutions.

In a media communiqué, SSCK has indicated that despite measures taken by the Government of Kosovo, civil servants in contact with citizens face a permanent danger, so it requires immediate suspension.

“Whatever the local government promotes is that necessary and urgent measures have been taken for preventing this pandemic, which we value as well, the civil servants of Kosovo express indignation that even in this case, knowing that all administrative workers in contact with citizens, are also the potential source of the virus's distribution, is being ignored a potential danger which in the first place challenges civil servants, their families, but also their citizens, said the Union.
