Real Madrid declares war on Barcelona: Requires Urgent Investigation of U EFA's vs. Catalonians

Club Real Madrid has announced that in connection with the so-called 'Rasty Negreira', it has submitted a written statement to the U disciplinary organs. EFA.
Through a media communique, the Madrillan club informed UEFA for the existence of significant evidence that eventually reinforces known indicators from the very beginning regarding the existence of extended and dark payments, without any verifiable excuses, made by the Barcelona Club towards José María Enríquez Negreira, former deputy chairman of the Royal Football Federation Technical Committee, through various corporate structures.
Real Madrid points out that these facts are, from the perspective of the sports disciplinary law, a systemic risk of maximum integrity, as they reveal the existence of an unfairly influential structure on the body of arbitration, incompatible with the fundamental principles of competitive equality, neutrality, impartiality and the unpredictable of sports results.
Similarly, Real Madrid has called for the immediate resumption of the disciplinary procedures initiated earlier by the U. EFA, considering it unacceptable that this situation has continued over time, as its continuation seriously compromises the credibility of football, its institutions and its leaders. Therefore, the club requires a decisive, exemplary and immediate response to the sports field, despite ongoing judicial procedures.
For this reason, our club asks UEFA, in exercising its independent and autonomous competence, to adopt appropriate disciplinary and restorative measures to ensure the integrity, transparency and proper functioning of the races. This should, under no circumstances, replace the role of state judicial bodies or prevent a criminal qualifications of facts. In this direction, Real Madrid, acting as a private prosecutor in ongoing criminal procedures, will continue to take necessary legal action at any procedural stage, as it has done from the beginning.
Real Madrid reaffirms its commitment to protect the basic values of sports and will continue to promote all necessary actions to ensure that incidents of this nature do not go unpunished.
What is the “question Negreira”?
Barcelona is being investigated by the Spanish police's anti-corruption department, but their work theory is not that the Blaugrans have paid Jose Maria Enriquez Negreira and his son to influence football matches.
Enriquez Negreira paid 7.3m euros over the 17 years between 2001 and 2018, and the focus of the investigation has been to follow where the money ended.
7.3m euros did not seem to end up in Negreira's possession, at least as much as has been found. They are also aware that Negreira has received large amounts of money from the accounts Barcelona has paid, and police now believe it ended up with Barcelona directors. /Periscope
