spokesman The PDK, Avni Bytyci, has reacted strongly to the Kurti government's decision for hours of police and restrictions on citizens' freedom of movement, as his decision on the first day proved very dangerous to promote the distribution of pandemic.
Bytyci has written on his Facebook page that with his last decision, the Government has allowed them only 2 hours of morning to be able to go out for daily purchases, and Kno has urged large tolls that are at risk of spreading the virus in many countries.
Avni Bytyci's statement:
Decisions contrary to the Constitution and improvised acts at the time of the pandemic to limit the circulation of citizens in a few hours of the morning endanger even more citizens of this country because it forces them to assemble, not respecting social distance, to receive much needed public services for them and their families.
Citizens were left only 2 hours (8-10) to meet the vital needs and therefore are forced to flood the common points, next to each other in line, as do groupings like these, ahead of the mail to Qafa in Pristina.
This is the testimony of the improvised measures taken by a falling government which, in addition to violating the Constitution, endangers the health of citizens with its inadequacy in the condition of pandemic.
This government has been able to learn and borrow from the successful practices and measures of China, South Korea, Japan, or Singapore taken since February, rather than make different decisions day after day without plan and vision.
However, citizens respect the recommendations for preventing the distribution of the individual virus-19. Self-isolation is the key to fighting and limiting this pandemic.
