One in the summer and the other in the pit of the coronary crisis. The final agreement between Kosovo and Serbia brought down two prime ministers in an eight-month period. Although the circumstances of the decline of Ramush Haradinaj in July 2019 and Albin Kurti in March 2020 are different, there is essentially a source, the final Kosovo agreement Serbia .

That this agreement is near to show not only the declarations of diplomats and world leaders, but also the handover of the two prime ministers of Kosovo in the face of this political moment, or we should say surrender. So, it's quite simple, Ramush Haradinaj and Albin Kurti were unwilling to sacrifice their two-decade political journey for an agreement that in any form will not be popular, because such was neither Rambouille nor Vienna, although they had historic results for Kosovo and its citizens. No negotiation process is popular, so its measurement is done only through the results it creates.
Ramush Haradinaj and Albin Kurti surrendered, did not dare to swim further into the raging waters using the lifeboat. They both used the same boat to escape, but they were very different from each other. Ramush set out from the river's bank to cross, but the strong and rough currents of the river cause him to give up, seemingly feeling sorry for the sacrifice of 20 - year journey to the river, so he sought rescue boats to return. Of course, each boat was ready, so Ramush boarded it and returned to the river shore from where he was headed. He resigned using a lifeboat that has a clear name T ARIFHA.
Albin was entering the torrential river that he had labeled throughout his political history, and from there he even had his political establishment for several years on the outside and on the double within institutions. Even Albin did not have the courage of sacrifice, at least why they would have to take this burden from Ramush and Albin, when Hashim led so long and shaped the negotiating process for many years. Albin already had the lifeboat there, left Ramush ready. But Albin decided to hit the governing partner on board, The LDK, angry at her and decided to turn the boat to the shore to which they were headed. Albin succeeded in creating the illusion that he wanted to walk away, but the LDK hit him and turned the boat back where they were headed. But this illusion is believed by the broad mass, the very category Albin wants to believe. He wants to convince the move of no politicians and international diplomats. All of this in service of the plan the acting prime minister has already prepared, his return to the upcoming elections, which will be held after the final agreement between Kosovo and Serbia. After all, this is Albin and everyone's wish, except for Thaci, who is in the process and wants to give epilogue.
There is a logical explanation for the positioning of political leaders in Kosovo, in the face of achievement and commitment to the final Kosovo agreement, Serbia. It's their political generation, their political journey and their circumstances when they were conceived as public figures. I'm starting with the LDK, which was born at a time when it was necessary to give birth to something like that. But although this popular political formation led a prominent intellectual with unprecedented popular support, he again did not have the courage to sign the first Rambouillet agreement, which Albin has rejected for many years, although it produced historic results for Kosovo, brought NATO intervention and therefore liberation. Rugova kept the dung, as Albin would call it, for several years but released it at the crucial moment. He let him down to the military arm, who unconvincedly signed the agreement behind them, Rugova.
So Rambouje delivered its historic results for Kosovo, not because of the Kosovo delegation's ability to negotiate, but because of the ongoing American presence and consistency, the guarantor of the state of Kosovo.
I'm continuing with Ramush Haradinaj, who had begun his career as a fierce military and valiant warrior. Commander area that did not obey anyone, not even the General Staff of the KLA, who did not even read the letters with decisions and orders. After the war Ramush entered politics but failed to break away from his military past, which he considered sacred and what seems to be the strong gun to travel on a much different terrain than the military - political. He has not shown foreign policy ambitions for a moment, but always in domestic politics, which he witnessed during the next two years prime minister, when he let Thaci free in this area and once joined himself but left soon, exposing the so-called secret plans of partitioning Kosovo.
Albin started him on the street in 1997 as a student against Milosevic's oppressive regime, and after the war he continued again on the street against the political class and against the mission of the united nations in Kosovo. In 2010 he entered institutions but failed to take off the opposition street coat. So a politician conceived in opposing Kosovo's international agreements and especially a staunch opponent of the international presence in Kosovo has no way of destroying his past by signing agreements with Serbia.
He is one who singles out the top three, Hashim Thaci. He took the wheel of the military-wing KLA political directorate, which was considered radical, but did not intend immediately for communication to enter with different diplomatic levels, which also enabled the field action of soldiers who had captured the rifle for the freedom of the Kosovo Albanian family and people. Thaci without hesitation signed Ramboujane and backed the Vienna process, which produced the outcome of independent state for Kosovo Albanians as well. Thaci participated in Kosovo's two most important negotiating processes, but the results were not due either to him or to another politician, were the product of American engagement and support.
Today, 21 years from Rambouillet, we face a very serious process for the future of Kosovo and its people. The final agreement with Serbia, which did not dare to approach either Ramush or Albini. They deliberately left Hashim, who has been behind the party, which he spent many years -- that is, the PDK -- and also is behind the LDK, which has not been divided into negotiating processes, but not by keeping the dung until the end.
In the face of such a situation, it seems that the final Kosovo agreement is near and even inevitable. The US, after a several-year pause in President Obama's time, has turned the satellite from the Balkans. Just at a necessary time for Kosovo, following a failed process of technical and political negotiations in Brussels. Kosovo's fate is the ongoing American presence facing an EU that has never succeeded in creating unique attitudes.
Under the new circumstances established, Albin will continue the fight of relatively uncommpromis against the agreement, which is not expected to be at all popular, because it alone keeps the support measure active and keeps the conclusion of the return whenever elections are held again.
So someone's been designated for internal politics and someone for the outside, but what's nobody like about Kosovo's development vision?
