According to the Special Prosecutor, defendant H.K. in order to participate in the activities of terrorist groups “ISIS” and “A L Nusra” in Syria, early 2014, acting deliberately and aware of its actions, is headed from Pristina to Istanbul and beyond to Syria, where she is attached to her husband A.A. which only acted actively within the terrorist group “ISIS”, and has stayed there even after the death of her husband, where she has received payment regularly from terrorist organisation “ISIS”
