Prior to the start of the plenary session for the new government vote, MP Rasim Selmanaj from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo once again said his party would vote against the formation of Albin Kurti's government.
Selmanaj for Kosovo Press said the two parties that have reached the co-government agreement have lost four months' time for office.
“We as the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo parliamentary group are opposition and normal that we will vote against this government. But what I mean is that Kosovo, without a single reason, lost four months without forming institutions, and these have also come to the starting point where negotiations started. So I think it has left a bad taste despite promises that we do not negotiate for office, it was seen that all of this has been negotiated for various government ministries and positions”, Selmanaj said.
At 11 o'clock, the plenary hearing is expected to begin, where the vote for formation of the new government is expected.
