Reciprocity?

The formula of Prime Minister Albin Kurti's response to the demands of US mediators in the Kosovo-Serbia talks, we hope it has not included the self-understanding attitude of the sad opinion that had created in opposition. Kosovo's political spectre has been subjected to a new diplomatic dynamic that has undertaken President Trump's appointees. Perhaps not only with Kurdish meetings to resume the eventual dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia but also with the signing of the next agreement already warned by Ambassador Green.
In all this acceleration of the process that American mediators of European diplomacy have remained in a deklarging spot that can only be kept for its uneffective way of leading dialogue that we have already seen a decade between Kosovo and Serbia.
They sent from Munichu only one message, to a more concrete look, by President Macron, who at the meeting with Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, asked the Kosovar side to remove the tax and once from Serbia APUulsult for what they knew to go ahead in restarting dialogue at a summit in Paris.
Compared to the concrete and dynamic companies of the American side in this dialogue, the EU's message no doubt remains shaded and without any visible effect. The American mediators are now very determined, not only for the resumption of any long-standing dialogue in eternity, but, a dialogue that would be crowned with a comprehensive deal, with concrete stages of realisation and implementation on both sides, which with EU mediation has not been reached even after a decade of negotiations.
At least this was made clear with agreements with the mediation of Ambassador Greenell, even before the interrupted talks between Kosovo and Serbia resumed.
The conscious answer?
Now with American mediation in Kosovo- Serbia has created a completely new context; we have a complete shift to other consecutive talks. The new context created coincides with much more dynamic processes and effective location.
This new context quickly overshadowed Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti's splendor at the Munich Conference. There he faced a firm refusal by the American side to meet him. The simple reason: Don't drop the tax. Moreover, even more demanding for the new prime minister, not setting reciprocity! This poses a new challenge for the new prime minister.
Since its free opposition legislation must be implemented in the political context for which it bears responsibility for the country, reports with the US, and of course for the process of completing Kosovo's remaining statehood, due to failure to reach any agreement with Serbia. Grasping on arguments with which opinions even concerned by opposition laws now do not match the new context. In his statement the new prime minister still does not appear to have been freed from this form of law. That is why he has not yet come up with an answer clearly shaped by his responsibilities as prime minister, when it comes to US demands addressing Kosovo.
The range of questions that have become part of an ill-explored, politically worried opinion about the demands of US mediators, we hope they are not involved in shaping his response to them. What is the meaning of Prime Minister Albin Kurti asking similar questions: Is the request for tax removal right? Is it fair that Kosovo is being put under great pressure at this request? Should Kosovo impose reciprocity with Serbia that has not recognised it? Should Kosovo protect its dignity? Questions like these impose simple answers: Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti must show determination and with self-conception comes the answer. Reciprocity! This is also the answer to our expectations of opinion as well as the superficial one. What about the American side request? What if we think on the argument line of the American dick? Should we enter free-of-tax talks without putting on reciprocity?
Understandable Answer
In this context, I will mention an education agreement reached between President Rugova and Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic. This agreement was reached with the mediation of the Vatican Santédigios and, of course, the insistence of Americans. The president of the Republic of Serbia, Slobodan Milosevic and Dr. Ibrahim Rugova.
So a document for Kosovo education was signed, and where the signing of President Rugova was without proper reference, which expressed an apparent non-recognition of the Kosovo project as the Independent Republic. And that's where all the criticism artillery started addressing President Ibrahim Rugova for accepting something like that. And of course these criticisms came from, to call it that, concerned opinion, like all criticisms that will later be directed towards President Hashim Thaci for his readiness to enter into dialogue with Serbia unconditionally. This sad opinion that he already had late had his guide even to the current opposition Albin Kurti, has only one simple problem; He doesn't know how to guide his logic to what is really vital in these sensitive political processes. Because only with a balanced attitude can we avoid the self - destructive consequences of the logic of the sad opinion.
I am still fresh to memory when then Professor Fehmi Agani of the education agreement between Rugova and Milosevic had a completely different attitude than the sad opinion, whose logic showed obvious shortcomings. The question did not have to be put to heart Ibrahim Rugovas, why is he signed in that document without his appointment as president of the Republic of Kosovo, but the question had to be addressed to Republic of Serbia President Slobodan Milosevic: why is he as president of a state signed in a document with a simple citizen? Why has he degraded the Serbian presidential entity to sign with a simple citizen of his state, as Serbia claimed? The same logic applied to President Hashim Thaci. The distressed opinion of which was no doubt both VV and its president had mistaken the address for his criticism. No question should be addressed to President Hashim Thaci why he has entered dialogue with Vuciqi, who does not recognise Kosovo. The logical question is why Vuciqi, who does not recognise Kosovo, agrees to meet and enter talks with President Hashim Thaci.
The obvious lack of stability and validity of the logic of concerned opinion hope to worry the prime minister himself and open up for other views that enable him to perform tasks in line with his responsibilities. So get into the logical line of American mediators' demands and continue on to where it should be in the formal recognition of Kosovo by Serbia.
