Not known what Mr. Latif to give such advice. It may be alleged that this comes after the Security Conference held in Munich, where Albin Kurti did not meet with US Secretary of State, Mr. Mike Pompeii, and not with the American ambassador to Berlin, Mr. Richard Green.
In fact, not becoming a state would not suffice as a principle for developing the country's economy. Kurti would already have to draft the new governing programme to care more about marginalised categories, particularly the private sector and small and medium-sized enterprises, as he has promised.
